Maxime Old’s Paquebot France Wave Table was made for the ocean-liner France with a radial base and a top that was sun shaped teck marquetry. Its holds its name due to its curved lines. Three different sections of varying width exist and can be positioned in different ways. A « zigzag » base and tops with inlays of varied materials.

Founded in 2010 by Anne Jacquemin Sablon, the gallery specializes in contemporary furniture and decorative arts and favors noble materials, strong lines and French manufacturing by excellent craftsmen. In 2014, the gallery moved into a former fashion boutique from the 1920s, located between the Palais-Royal and the Louvre.
