OOGI MIRROR
This mirror is placed on a stained sandblasted pine support, covered with tempera and gold leaf. The frame of this mirror is made using traditional tempera carving techniques. The gold leaves are placed on a brown plate. The bending of the mirror is obtained by a patina of silver leaves, fixed under a transparent glass. Silver leaf will continue to oxidize over time.

Founded in 2010 by Anne Jacquemin Sablon, the gallery specializes in contemporary furniture and decorative arts and favors noble materials, strong lines and French manufacturing by excellent craftsmen. In 2014, the gallery moved into a former fashion boutique from the 1920s, located between the Palais-Royal and the Louvre.
