The Karregek mirrors designed by Hugo Falaise in 2024 are real textile jewels. The frame, padded like a small cushion, is elegantly embellished with free-form embroidery motifs that underline the object’s soft, rounded appearance. The embroidery work contributes to the highly tactile character of this Toile de Mayenne piece.
Each mirror requires 6 hours of hand embroidery by the designer.

Founded in 2010 by Anne Jacquemin Sablon, the gallery specializes in contemporary furniture and decorative arts and favors noble materials, strong lines and French manufacturing by excellent craftsmen. In 2014, the gallery moved into a former fashion boutique from the 1920s, located between the Palais-Royal and the Louvre.
