Nicolas Desbons

Nicolas Desbons is locksmith of Art and a sculptor. His work is based on the locksmith (work of the cold metal, the assembly by weld or screwing), however, he calls on also to the ironworks (work in the forge, when his creations require it. Allying the traditional techniques, he looks for to innovate and diverts the codes to invent a new esthetics. To enrich his pieces, he does not hesitate to marry materials and introduces fiberglass, glass, and ceramic, in the metal.
